They also inspected my vehicle free of charge, as well as provided me with a customer loyalty discount. I have no complaints from my experience with Ertle. More

Our German Shepherd and Wheaten Terrier are happy too. Subaru, keep up the dog commercials and supporting dogs with disabilities. Believe it or not, that played into our decision making process!!!!! Good dealership Bought a new 2019 Forester. Shane was our salesman and he was very helpful. We drove the car home the same day we picked it out. That was nice. I have Bought a new 2019 Forester. I have dealt with them for many years taking our 2004 Forester there for all work that was needed for the vehicle as we like their customer service and work. So when my husband and I needed a new car we went to Ertle. We also really liked that they have a lifetime powertrain warranty. More
Terrible I TOLD KATHY I ONLY WANTED MY BREAKS DONE . WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK UP OTHER WORK WAS DONE THAT WAS NOT APPROVED. People always friendly but have been disappointed twice My car is never ready when they tell me it will be. I never received the second key fob I was supposed to get when I bought my cart. Was promised it My car is never ready when they tell me it will be. I never received the second key fob I was supposed to get when I bought my cart. Was promised it would be mailed. Never happened. When I brought it up at my check up visits, it wasn’t addressed. Follow through seems to be an issue here. I understand things happen which is why I didn’t give a review with the first incident there but after this last one, I’m beginning to see a pattern. I will say, my experience with the staff has always been pleasant and my actual car buying experience a year ago was great. It’s the follow-up appointments i have had issues with. I’m sure the service is good. Never had an issue there. It’s just the lack of communication and the seeming disorganization. More
