They also inspected my vehicle free of charge, as well as provided me with a customer loyalty discount. I have no complaints from my experience with Ertle. More

Good dealership Bought a new 2019 Forester. Shane was our salesman and he was very helpful. We drove the car home the same day we picked it out. That was nice. I have Bought a new 2019 Forester. People always friendly but have been disappointed twice My car is never ready when they tell me it will be. I never received the second key fob I was supposed to get when I bought my cart. When I brought it up at my check up visits, it wasn’t addressed. Follow through seems to be an issue here. I understand things happen which is why I didn’t give a review with the first incident there but after this last one, I’m beginning to see a pattern. I will say, my experience with the staff has always been pleasant and my actual car buying experience a year ago was great. It’s the follow-up appointments i have had issues with. I’m sure the service is good. Never had an issue there. It’s just the lack of communication and the seeming disorganization. More
