Wait time too long for express oil change Arrived at 7:30am for Express Oil change. No other customer in front of me and it took 2 hours and 15 minutes. That is absolutely inconvenient and absurd and also asked for a tire rotation and am not quite sure this was done since it was not on invoice even though I was assured it was done. However they couldn’t even put air in my tires either. Not sure worth the high price either. Not sure if I will be going back More

In for inspection and service. I brought my auto in approx 1:30 PM and left it to be picked up the following day. I called to see what the status was and had to leave a message, I believe after 2:30 PM, no one called me back. The following day I was told the person who handles service will be in after 9:00 AM. We went to your business about 10:30 and found that the car was ready the day before. They advised that they called!? No one called, I asked which number was called and gave my cell phone and left message. This is false, no one called and said maybe they made a mistake dialing the number! You should have more employees to take the calls, all you get is leave message and call back, not a good way to do business. My car was there another day when it was ready the day before, not a happy camper. More
