But James at Ertle is kin No one can beat James at Ertle. I went to numerous Subaru dealerships looking for my perfect certified pre owned Forester. But James at Ertle is king. Super informative, knowledgeable, patient and responsive. He right off the bat just provided me with info- never trying to push the sale. Despite that the forester I saw there was in mint condition, James’ customer service , along with what Ertle service provides, is above and beyond any other dealership I visited. All these factors were very impactful towards making my final decision. I normally don’t write reviews but this one is well worth it. My only complaint is that I can’t give him and Ertle more than 5 stars! More
I'm upset with the finance manager Dave gonsalves. I purchased a new vehicle last night . He added on cap insurance for almost $900. AND ADDED a extended Subaru for $2800. . And the sales person said . purchased a new vehicle last night . He added on cap insurance for almost $900. AND ADDED a extended Subaru for $2800. . And the sales person said . They would add in a tow hitch . I was charged $500. I never asked for cap insurance or extended warranty. And want a full refund. More

We bought 2 cars there and send many people . we get a oil change special with tire rotation ( per Gus ) and EVERY TIME WE come they screw it up and try and charge like 60/70 it’s supposed to 39. They make us feel uncomfortable AND THE NEVER wash the cars . This last time I wasn’t there and kim that checked my husband out charged him 64 !!!!! he told her my wife will be calling and I did because I get tired of telling everyone and then they charge us wrong !!! We don’t have to come there we could go somewhere closer . But I will tell you this Kim gave me an attitude and then I spoke to Dave and he is the one I told in the first place the special we get . He put me on hold and then came back on and said ok we will refund 20 JEEZE what’s the problem with this GET IT TOGETHER More

Customer Service Rep Training I brought my car in for an inspection. When I received my car, I noticed the fog lights were not working. Kathy Aimer, the rep I dealt with, told me t I brought my car in for an inspection. When I received my car, I noticed the fog lights were not working. Kathy Aimer, the rep I dealt with, told me to bring it in the next day for "her" technicians to look at. She said "her" technicians have gone for the day. I brought the vehicle in again the next day, and the customer rep on duty (he was seated at the first desk to the counter) came out to look at the car. He showed me how to turn on the fog light. Apparently, the technician had turn off the fog light. Seriously, when the technicians work on the car, . LEAVE the settings the way they were. Customers do NOT change the settings from the way the car was delivered. Comment: Train Kathy to "know" "her" car, the Subaru. This incident should not have inconvenienced the customer to make ANOTHER return trip. More
