Service on our Forester Parts had to be ordered, but they offered a loaner vehicle so our car was kept over the weekend. OK, so as I said, I love this place and always give a 5 star. Last time it was only 3 as I had my Impreza in for a parking brake cable lock up and it was a train wreck, Cable didn't get fixed and brought i star. This time it was done perfectly and I have to thank Bill Finamore for getting things done! I took the car back, Bill got my car in and got me a loner in like 10 minutes and this time when I got the car back it was perfect! So my 5 stars again and a tip of my hat to Bill! (Nice to see Jim and Meghan Ertle again too! If you go buy a car, stop in and say hi! :) More
I always give a great rating because they are awesome but this time however, I took my Impreza in because the parking brake cable seized and wouldn't let go. After it being there for 2 days, I was told there this time however, I took my Impreza in because the parking brake cable seized and wouldn't let go. After it being there for 2 days, I was told there was nothing wrong with the cable but I needed $52.00 in bulbs as it seems like suddenly my one headlight was out, my license plate bulb was out and get this... one of my tail lights were out. Funny I had just replaced the tail lights with brand new LED bulbs just 2 weeks prior! About $35.00 for the 2 (tax et al) and they replaced my LEDs with standard bulbs and threw away my LEDs. When I rose a bit of xxxx and wanted my LEDs back (if they were defective the have a year warranty!) so I could replace them but no, they tossed them. The basic attitude of the staff there was like "oh well." I was fuming. 2 days later my cable locked up again and it is currently in the shop as I type this. Bill is always nice though and does his best to help me any time. More
