Bring car in for air bag recall. Air bag light is now on and apparently had nothing to do with the service. Crazy how a new issue occurs on the exact thing being worked on or recalled but not a service issu and apparently had nothing to do with the service. I generally like this dealer I found the service manager I was dealing with to be un-communicative. I was not informed as to whether they had received my car after it was towed (I I found the service manager I was dealing with to be un-communicative. I was not informed as to whether they had received my car after it was towed (I was told I would be); I was told parts could take up to 2 days to get (it took a week to have the car done); I wasn't informed about the progress of the repair (as I said it took a week); I wasn't told that the recall repair that I suggested be done, would in fact be done; I texted the manager 5 days after the car was dropped off, inquiring about what was happening and didn't get a response. When I was told that the car was ready, I asked why I was in the dark for 7 days and I was told "I was out for a few days and so was the tech who worked on your car." I will request a different service rep next time. More
