On June 19, I had my regular service appointment, including Ertle's free multipoint inspection. The inspection report showed that, amongst other things, the Windshield Washer Spray was "Checked and O including Ertle's free multipoint inspection. The inspection report showed that, amongst other things, the Windshield Washer Spray was "Checked and OK at this time". However, a warning light came on within a few days, telling me the reservoir was empty! There was no evidence of a leak, so it clearly hadn't been topped off. Last Tuesday, the car went in for some additional work, and I requested that Ertle refill the washer fluid reservoir at this time (the warning light was still on). I got the car back (delivered to my house by a valet driver) and found that the reservoir was still empty and the warning light was still on. Yet the multipoint inspection report showed once again that the Windshield Washer Spray was "Checked and OK at this time"! Today, Ertle rectified this by sending someone to my house to refill the reservoir, but I'm concerned about the validity of the multipoint inspection report: are all the other items marked "Checked and OK" really OK??? So although I am satisfied with the quality of the work performed by the Service Department, I am not satisfied with the lack of detail put into the work. I would have preferred to submit this review without a Yes or No answer to the question of whether I recommend this service center, but Dealerrater makes me choose, so at this time, I say: no...
