Kathy was polite and knowledgeable. They had my car there at 8:00 AM and kept it until 4:30. I asked for a loaner car and was declined one. I was forced to miss work due to no car. So I lost money there. Then, the check engine lights in my care were flashing on and off for months. I told them this, but they charged me $168.00 to run analytics on it and came up with nothing. And…. They charged me $68.00 for replacing a NUT & BOLT to silence the rattling noise. So, I basically paid over $200.00 for an oil change, nut & bolt, and a car wash. I informed the woman that called me the next day to inquire about how satisfied I was with the service. She said she’d relay this to her manager and that I’d hear back from them. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting. More
