Manager's Behavior Dear Ertle Subaru, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. While I have generally been satisfied with your car service in the past, my most recent experience with your service manager left me deeply disappointed. During my last visit I interacted with your service manager, Mr. Kelly. I found his behavior and attitude towards customers to be highly unprofessional. Here are some specific incidents that occurred: Lack of Communication: Mr. Kelly did not communicate the estimated time required for the service, leaving me waiting for an extended period without updates. Dismissive Attitude: When I inquired about the progress of my car's repair, he appeared dismissive and unwilling to provide clear answers to my questions. Rudeness: Mr. Kelly displayed a disrespectful and impolite demeanor when addressing my concerns. His tone was condescending and inappropriate. Failure to Resolve Issues: Despite my attempts to address my car's issues, he seemed disinterested in finding a satisfactory resolution. It was evident that he was not committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. I believe that such behavior from a service manager is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of your company. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and professionalism from your staff, especially those in leadership roles. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action to address the behavior of Mr. Kelly or provide additional training to prevent similar incidents in the future.
