The paperwork was not in the truck upon delivery, so I sent a message, and Jayson had the paperwork emailed. DO NOT GO TO THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR WARRANTY WORK IF YOU CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE!!! They had mine for a total of 2.5 months and my truck came back with more issues than when it went in. I’m scared to know what else is loose or not re-installed correctly that I can not see. The technicians that worked on my vehicle clearly Sinnot care or know what they are doing. The service advisor that I worked with hates his job, admitted to me that he wants to quit, lied to me, and ignored me while claiming to be out sick for days. My truck should have been done within a month..max...not 2.5 of them sitting on the parts and putting me on the back burner. I felt as though I was babysitting their service advisor throughout the whole process. I have the 2019 Ford F-350 Lariat with the water leak in the cab. You can find my experience on epic Fords reviews. I ran out of space due to having so much to get out there. I will never be returning to them for anything. I only gave three stars for the friendliness, because Courtney (the service manager) was actually nice and claimed to have no idea of my bad experience. She actually helped me get things handled and done. I only wish she would have seen the truck prior to dropping off the first time. So she would have noticed that the entire door was not installed right. There was a 1/4 gap from the bottom of my door to the rest of the truck. The sun visors were not installed correctly and my subwoofer behind the back seat was not tightened down causing rattling. Again if interested in seeing my entire story that I could fit. I walked in without an appointment. Baran the Sales manager introduced me to Casey Marsh (sales person extraordinaire) He didn't try to change my mind or upsell me a vehicle I didn't want or need. While Casey was getting my pertinent information, Jayson (Bourne) Garcia started contacting financial institutions to get the loan I needed to purchase the Ranger I wanted. And once Jayson found a loan for me, Jeff (last name begins with R and is French) started the purchase agreement paperwork. It was a great team effort. They worked together like a well oiled machine.
