Josh Berger...A General Sales Manager? Intresting title for someone with as little professionalism as he has represented towards my husband and I. Basically we were planning on buying 2 cars from Brien Fo for someone with as little professionalism as he has represented towards my husband and I. Basically we were planning on buying 2 cars from Brien Ford with a trade in of our two cars, we were happy with this when we left. After we had made almost all of the arrangements for our vehicles, we went home with the intention of vehicle delivery to be made in the next day or so. While at home I searched online anxiously wanting to find the vehicle they said they were shipping from another dealership. (keep in mind they did not physically have an actual vehicle in their posession at the time we were planning to buy from them.) I found a vehicle with leather that they said was impossible to find and told them of this through email within an hour or so of leaving the dealership. I figured this shouldn't be a problem considering it was late at night when we were there and how much of a deal could they have made in such little time. I know they didn't stay after us becasue both James and Paul Wilbur were ready to get out of ther as soon as possible. They didn't get back to me until after I had called the next day a few times. At this point we ended up talking about it finally around 1:30pm and I had already made my decision not to play games with them and go to the source that had the car I wanted. The best part about this almost comical experience with BRIEN FORD is that during the time I was waiting for them to call me back about the car I wanted, I called Ford of Kirkland where the car was, they told me I should just come there and take a look. I knew they wanted to try to sell me the car instead of Brien Ford but honestly I didn't mind. With-in two minutes of talking to them on the phone I told them what Brien Ford was offering me and they immediately offered 2,500 less. For the same car! Give me a break! I would be an idiot to not want to first of all go to another, closer, more convient dealership that I have bought from before and get a better price and deal with a more humane staff. Why not buy from them? When I went to Ford of Kirkland I new right away this was who I wanted to buy my new car from. They were the nicest people I had ever met and were very understanding of my situation. Back to Brien Ford; after we had bought our two new beautiful cars from Kirkland Ford I proceeded to call Brien Ford and with regrets to inform them of our cancellation, I apoligized and said we had gotten a better deal, nothing personal jsut life! Why wouldn't I take a deal? For two new cars it was almost $5,000 less than Brien Ford was offering?!?! This conversation ended fine. It wasn't until JOSH BERGER their sales manager called my husband and left a message that it became ugly. He said and I quote: "Obvisouly you have a lack of integrity and that is a conversation you will need to have with yourself! I want to know where my Ford Escape is so that I can come pick it up with a tow truck!" (ford escape was what we were going to trade in) We never even saw the car that we were wanting to buy, infact they didn't even have it there and the other car that we were looking at they were too lazy to go in back and bring it out and wash for us so we decided to come and get it later. We may have signed papers but delivery was never made. No trade ever happend. They didn't posess one of the cars we were looking to buy and hadn't even seen the other car that we wanted to trade it. The deal was floating, it was nothing and isn't anything until the cars were driven off the lot. Bottom line is we don't deserve to be insulted and treated like this, espically by a so called "sales manager" when we cancelled a deal that was never finalized. Josh Berger is the worst person I have ever come across in sales, and for him to be a manager its shocking that he would act this way, he should probably get a little more educated in the world of customer service and grow up a little bit. Ford of kirkland regreted to tell me that I was not the first customer that came to them in hopes of keeping a ford vehicle in the family after dealing with the terrible services of Brien Ford and there sleeze ball employees. It's seems to me that Rocky Peterson should do a clean up of his sales floor over ther in Everett at Brien Ford, Maybe he should take some advice from Kirklands President and better his services. Business will never be good with people who want to take, take, take and insult customers in the process. Too bad. More

I called 15 mins before I drove out from the East side for a wasted trip. The Manager offered to order me one in a rude and condesending mannaer.I may have done it but felt lied to by the salesperson and Manager. The Manager Joe Morgan with his arms crossed and a smart intimadating attitude convinced me to shop elsewere! They would not honor the price on the ordered unit.
