WHY I AM NOW A BIG FAN OF BRIEN FORD First off, Paul, Brien Ford's internet specialist started everything off on the right foot. He was extremely patient with me on the phone as I had a lot of questions. At the dealer, Travis was our sales consultant. I was impressed on how knowledgeable he was and how he made us feel at home. He first took us to their Barista Bar and let us get anything we wanted (really yummy coffee drinks). Once Travis started the paperwork, we met Caleb, their new car manager.The cool thing about Caleb and the rest of the staff is that you truly feel they are on your side and want you to get the best deal as well. So at the end, we finalized the paperwork with Ken. He spent time drawing a diagram to help us understand extended warranties and other services which was very helpful. I ended up purchasing their Maintenance Program because it was a great deal. You can buy all your vehicle's maintenance upfront at about a third cheaper than if you were to pay for your maintenance separately. The great thing is that I can go to any dealer in the country and get my vehicle serviced by Ford dealer specialists. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, START YOUR JOURNEY WITH BRIEN FORD. If for some reason you can't make the drive to Everett, than at least you can use Brien Ford's rock bottom pricing to try to get the dealer in your area to come down on their pricing. Terrible Experience in Service Department I an extremely unhappy with my recent experience with the Brien Ford service department. After having brought our F150 in for service, I can definitiv I an extremely unhappy with my recent experience with the Brien Ford service department. After having brought our F150 in for service, I can definitively state, I will never return to this service department again. I was willing to overlook the fact that it seemed that office staff were never available, and I could not get anybody to answer the phone when I called, or when I took time from work to drive there and fill out paperwork only to find the person I needed to talk to out to lunch, and was offered no other options. I tried to be patient when the financing / cashier service was completely inefficient, and I had to end up making my own calls to Ford financing. And, while I was NOT happy after learning I had battled my way through rush hour traffic on Friday afternoon to get there before they closed at 6:00p, to pick up a truck that nobody bothered to to let me know was all ready to go in the morning, or bothered to clean up after putting in a new engine. All of this I was going to live with, even after spending a small fortune on repairs...right to the point in which the truck died in the middle of Hwy 99 on the way home. After horrible customer service, a HUGE payment, I have a truck that stops running, 5 minutes after it is picked up? Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. I will never go to Brien Ford again. More

I have purchased two cars from Zizi in the past two years. I have never had a better and more professional experience visiting a car dealership than I have working with Zizi. She made it very easy, quick and simple to understand. I did pay more for my car than I would have buying the same car somewhere else, but it was well worth the experience and customer service. She actually encouraged me to shop eslewhere and I did , but I felt comfortable buying the car from her. I read some of the previous reviews that I absolutely disagree with, but my recommendation is to ask for Zizi Rachid their Internet sales manager who will make your shopping experience fun, easy and just pressure free. She is easy to relate to and will take my call any time of the day to help me if I had any questions. The sales managers weren't involved much in the transaction and I liked that because Zizi created a relationship with me. I will definetly be buying more cars in the future from Brien Ford. More
I have never dealt with such unprofessionaliam. Both workers were extremely rude! Dealing With them gives me a bad name for Mitsubishi. Overcharged in parts and labor and was ok with it. We haven't profited in 6 months." that is NO reason to over charge and what manager says that? I've taken my car there 2 times and both times I've had to come back because it wasn't fixed properly. They wonder why they haven't profited? Bad customer service, work done isn't complete or fixed the first time. I will NEVER come back and would never recommend this dealership to anyone! They didn't seem to mind when I told them that. They said "knowing that then why would I want to give a discount or help them?" THIS WAS THE MANAGER TOO! Their automated voice over the phone makes me sick "you'll be surprised that we charge lower than less!" from callin around they charge more than double! I'm am disgusted with the customer service and inconvenience they have caused me. More

I have always been under the impression that I could tell when a car salesman was lying to me as I could see his lips were moving. My last purchase was from a local Dodge dealer and it was a disaster. My recent purchase from Brien Ford may have changed my outlook, I must say It was a refreshing change dealing with the Folks at Brien Ford in Everett. At this point I would highly recommend Steve Jacobs and Bill Waltey and Zach in finance they were all very professional and forthright, something that I have never experienced at a Car Dealership in the past.
