Had my truck(still under warranty) towed to Epic from another dealer because my truck was showing a powertrain/transmission failure. Had a scheduled appointment but took 5 days longer for them to look at another dealer because my truck was showing a powertrain/transmission failure. Had a scheduled appointment but took 5 days longer for them to look at it. In that time they lost my key, which required me to drive 3 hours round trip to bring another key(as to not delay repairs even more). 1 week later they say they can't find an issue with the truck, even though I have specific codes from the previous dealer, but the computer was wiped so no codes present. Was told I would just need to have it breakdown again and have towed back to them. They proceed to complete another warranty oil pan replacement. I get the call to pick up the truck and they have an invoice for over $300 for "diagnosis" and oil filter. I have no issue with the oil filter as it was discussed that I wanted an oil change completed. But they are charging the rest for a diagnosis even though they did not find any issues even though there are codes in the Ford service computer system. Avoid this dealer at all costs. They don't answer their phones and also are not professional in their text messages either. More
I will preface this review by saying that I hope to be able to revise this review to 5 stars after a follow-up appointment to complete the requested services. Made a service appointment a few weeks ago f able to revise this review to 5 stars after a follow-up appointment to complete the requested services. Made a service appointment a few weeks ago for an oil change and PCM reflash in accordance with a recall on my F150 that I began noticing symptoms of. Today was the earliest they could fit me in and after a poor experience at Harris Ford, I was excited to give Summer and Epic Ford my business. Dropped the truck off at 7:30am, which was my appointment time. I thought it was a bit strange that my tech was not there to check me in and ask any questions about my issue, but figured I would get a call at some point today to discuss it. I had not heard from anyone by 4:30pm so I called them and they said Summer was busy and she would call me back. Didn't hear from her so I tried calling a couple more times. Finally, at 5:30pm I asked what time they close because I still had not heard from anyone and they informed me 6pm. I told them I was on my way (20 min drive). Upon getting there, I was told they had just started my oil change (11 hours after I dropped the truck off) and the recall issue had not been rectified because they were unable to replicate the issue. I spoke with the on-duty service manager Courtney, and expressed my frustrations. She was accommodating and didn't charge me for the oil change. She also offered to reschedule for the PCM flash recall fix so I will have to bring the truck back October 11th for that. The other guy working the front desk informed me they are short staffed and overbooked with appointments. I let him know that I would have been happy to reschedule for a different day instead of taking 11 hours for an oil change. Anyways, no paperwork was given to me so I am not sure what was even done, other than my oil life gauge in the truck is reset and I have a new sticker on the windshield. Not sure if they sanitized the truck, but it was not vacuumed or washed (as I have had done as a courtesy at other service departments). Not too big of a deal to me. I am glad Courtney came out and tried to make it right with me, and like I said, I am hoping that I can give a 5 star review on my return visit. Everybody has an off day and every business suffers staffing or scheduling issues sometimes so I am going to give them another chance and see how it goes. I have 3 new Ford vehicles and I am hoping I don't have to drive any further to find a good service department to take care of my vehicles. By the way, I still never got a call back from Summer. More
Austin helped us buy a used Expedition. He was not pushy and was great at his job. I would recommend the buying experience. Plus, they helped us get a good deal in a tough car market. and was great at his job. I would recommend the buying experience. Plus, they helped us get a good deal in a tough car market. More

This is a black hole for service. If you need more than an oil change The head mechanic will park your car on the lot and pretend to need parts from Ford for months. Mine is not an isolated incident , i e an oil change The head mechanic will park your car on the lot and pretend to need parts from Ford for months. Mine is not an isolated incident , i expect this review to be erased immediately because i know plenty of people who have and are being treated this way ,My vehicle was there more than a month before i took it back to get it fixed elsewhere no problem. still awaiting a refund and there is really no one to complain to!!!!!!!!! Very Unprofessional and Bait & SwitchIn need of 4x4 Very Unprofessional and Bait & Switch In need of 4x4 truck for a move that I will be taking in a couple of months and wanted to trade in my current Very Unprofessional and Bait & Switch In need of 4x4 truck for a move that I will be taking in a couple of months and wanted to trade in my current pickup truck, I went to EPIC Ford on 6/12/21. Once I was able to pick a truck that was within my budget and would work for what I needed, everything seemed to go as planned, that is until it came to the final stage of financing. I was very clear before my credit was to be ran and a vehicle loan process to be started that I had no desire to select any additional dealer options other than a service or warranty based item. Even then I voiced that I didn't want it automatically added in as I would decide once I knew the details. I was assured that the loan amount request would include these just in case but that they wouldn't be added into my contract until I formally agreed. First, the finance rep, James Slayton, was dressed in everyday street clothes and had is young (looked like 6 years old) child with him. I have never purchased any vehicle or service or item, and had a child running around and talking loudly while I am signing paperwork. The fact that James looked like he could be anyone off the street was unprofessional and a left me questioning the trustworthiness of the dealership as a whole, much less to have his young child bouncing around and interrupting a pretty important part of the car buying process. Once we began to review the contract and financing details, I noticed that there were "options" added to my contact that I hadn't agreed to. There were 3 things I didn't want, a Vehicle Anti-Theft System add-on for $999.00, a Paintless Dent Repair add-on for $1,199.00, and a 3M Door Edge Guards add-on for $799.00. I told James that I did not want any of these 3 add-ons. James told me that they couldn't be taken off the loan. I asked James why not since the contract says in bold print that they are not required to purchase the vehicle. James told me that they are not required, but that the dealership would not sell me the vehicle unless I did purchase them. This is a highly deceptive and potentially illegal bait and switch. What is even more troubling is that these add-ons are greatly marked up (i.e. 3M Door Edge Guards sell for $20.00, yet the dealership is charging $799.00!!!). In all, I was forced to incur almost $3,000.00 I did and do not want. Since I had no choice but to sign and agree to these unnecessary and unwanted add-ons in order to get the vehicle, I was stuck simply accepting it. To say I am very dismayed and unhappy with the vehicle purchasing process from this Ford dealership is an understatement. To be going over very important financial details while having a child run around in a small office is inappropriate. Having the finance rep looking like he could be any random person of the street is pretty distressing and unprofessional. More
