Terrible Service Came to this dealership to buy a used car, Gabrielle was nice in the beginning, but as soon as we started to negotiate, it was apparent that she was n Came to this dealership to buy a used car, Gabrielle was nice in the beginning, but as soon as we started to negotiate, it was apparent that she was not friendly nor patient. Vince did a good job lowering our price. We ended up buying the car. However, when we arrived to pick the car up, the car was not detailed or even clean for that matter. We also noticed that the tires were severely worn out and Vince’s attitude changed dramatically towards us in a negative way. Gabrielle and Vince finally got one of their employees to do a basic car clean, and when we went to go check it out, the employee confessed that no one told him to clean the car. All in all, we are very upset with this dealership and we are definitely not coming back. More

Great, thorough service! My experience at this dealership far surpassed any others I have ever been to! The last for dealership I went to did some warranty work on my clutch, My experience at this dealership far surpassed any others I have ever been to! The last for dealership I went to did some warranty work on my clutch, and my car had a vibration. I took the car back in and was diagnosed ‘collapsed motor mounts’ and decided to wait to fix the issue. This time, I took my vehicle into Epic Ford’s service department for some maintenance (my Ford Focus is getting close to 100k), and the tech noticed my clutch was installed incorrectly, creating the vibration. After diagnosis I was sent a detailed list of their recommendations which was easy to follow. I decided to get all the work recommended done, and it’s like I have a whole new car! Their staff was helpful and professional and accommodated my needs. I will be back again! VERY happy with my experience! More
