So nice and made me feel that he truly cared about me as a customer. Rudy was great to be understanding and helped assist to provide delivery of the car within a couple of days as well as provide a fair evaluation of our trade. Alex helped secure the financing and provided a reasonable and cost-effective warranty plan that fit my needs. Then the driver, Ed, who delivered the vehicle was punctual, very kind, and very helpful. Appreciated his dedication to deliver safely and travel the long distance to go above and beyond for us. This was not an easy deal being out of state but this team made it seamless I almost missed meeting them all in person ;-) thank you again for everything! More
Service was not good in any way. I had to take the car back twice after they thought they had fixed the issue with the A/C. Each time, I had to make an appointment, and each time the I had to take the car back twice after they thought they had fixed the issue with the A/C. Each time, I had to make an appointment, and each time the technicians would not look at my car within two days of leaving the car with them. Common courtesy would have been to call the customer first and let them know what is going on, but that never happened. So, each time, Epic had my car for over a week to "maybe" fix the issue. Furthermore, the service manager would not call me without me calling him first. I was never offered a loaner car or a rental for the inconvenience, especially after they could not find the issue. The final cherry on top was the third visit in which it took nine days to complete the service. I asked them to put in some headlights I had pre-purchased and asked how much more it would cost. I was actually texted what I thought was a new total. It was actually what he was going to add to the previous total, which doubled my bill! I did not see the new total until I was at the service center picking up my car. If he had texted me the new total, I would never have agreed to this, but there was nothing I could do. Overall, VERY poor communication and customer courtesy was never proactive. I will NEVER go here again and will DEFINITELY never buy a new car from here. More

I appreciate the willingness to work over the email and make it happen. I forgot the gentleman name that had all the paperwork with him when the truck was delivered to me but he did great as well and was very organized and made the signing of papers go well. The loan guy did not pressure me to buy more stuff he informed me of different options and let me choose. I appreciate that. I had a good experience and good job EPIC! More
