I came in with frayed wire to the charging port. The service dept. claimed it was rodent damage (either a lie or the world's most careful rodent. I work in audio/video and know exactly what it looks like when rodents chew on wire), and advised total replacement for over $1,300! I understand I'd pay double for the part, which I found online for $350, but $300/hr for labor to replace a 4ft length of cables and a charging port. Simply ridiculous. I don't recommend them. More

Excellent Joe and Khae are honest 3-4 months ago I had oil service and Khae was service advisor, no problems, car was done on time. I ask for it Lady on the cashier said oh we don’t it caught me unaware because I’m not even talking to her. Saturday I picked up my car for different service everything’s good I asked if Joe’s around Lady said yes he is then said why she said something I don’t understand I said say it again, said never mind walked away with attitude. A day before Saturday I called about my name was mid spelled I talked to someone I’m not sure if the same lady but she said the system don’t allowed her to correct it then different lady picked up the phone said it’s ok been corrected. I said Thankx appreciate it. I got home look on my receipt my name still misspelled. Just for the record my name is Marianito M Morales. Service advisors great, service technicians no problems. Facility excellent Thankx More
