I brought in my car for repair and I didn’t even receive a phone call the day I dropped it if to let me know what was happening. The next morning I received a call stating the car was ready and nothing was a phone call the day I dropped it if to let me know what was happening. The next morning I received a call stating the car was ready and nothing was wrong with it except for a nail in the tire that they can’t fix. I went to pick up the car and waited in the service area for five minutes without anyone talking to me until I went and spoke to someone behind the desk and asked if I was in the right area. They said it was the right place and they could help me even though they looked at me for five minutes and never said a word. The service was nonexistent. I will not be returning there with my car. The Mechanic that serviced my car forgot to put a clip that connected my drive axle to the transmission. I drove 5 miles to Costco, when leaving... It feel off... Friday night... had to get a tow and miss that connected my drive axle to the transmission. I drove 5 miles to Costco, when leaving... It feel off...
