I just bought the truck I have been wanting for many years at Enumclaw, Dodge/Jeep. I often visit the store for over a year test driving potential purchases and worked with Tabitha. I cannot recommend the gentlemen at ECJD enough. This past weekend I purchased a 2021 RAM. This is my first truck so this experience was very important to me. Dustin D quickly responded to my initial call and answered all of my questions. I made an appointment for a few days out. When I arrived the truck I was interested in was waiting out front for me to rest drive. Dustin worked with the GM Rob to see that we landed on something that was affordable without sacrificing anything I wanted in a truck. The day after I bought my truck someone backed in to me and put a ding in my hood and left paint scuff on my bumper. I called Dustin to see what he recommended. Rob and Dustin told me to drop off the car and they would handle. I picked it up a day later and it looked brand new again. It goes to show there are still old school business people doing things the right way because they genuinely care about the customer experience. I am a customer for life and if you are reading this, you should be too. More

Totally unreliable. Irresponsible. Rude and absolutely bad sales representatives and manager. Never do business with these folks. One of the worst ever dealership I have ever been to. They posted the pric sales representatives and manager. Never do business with these folks. One of the worst ever dealership I have ever been to. They posted the price of the Chrysler 300 2018 car on the official website and after I made all the effort to talk to the sales guy and manager and drove an hour and a half to get the car, they told me they marked the price wrong. Like seriously. I called the an hour before I went in. Also, they said 18000 the 1 was mistakenly marked as 1 instead of 2. Come on man. Even if that was true, the new car isn't the same price, leave the pre-owned we were trying to see. I spent my afternoon driving to the location. After the manager told me they marked the price wrong and they now can sell only for 5k more, the manager was extremely rude and spoke about how they can choose to not sell the car. Like seriously, I was just accepting an apology for all the time I wasted making all the effort. Is that how you treat your customers. Extremely bad. Please be very cautious doing business with them. Very very displeased and disappointed. More
EXCELLENT!! Service I was concerned about my Jeep overheating one day. I made an appointment but I called almost every day before hand telling the service department what I was concerned about my Jeep overheating one day. I made an appointment but I called almost every day before hand telling the service department what I thought the cause was from Googling. Wade in the service department got most of my calls. He was very understanding and so were the others. They knew how I felt about my Jeep. The day of the appointment they run a test. The test results came back with nothing. It was just an extra hot day in which I was in two long traffic jams which caused the overheating. I asked how much I owe them. I knew labor was $165 an hour but wasn't sure about the price of the test. They told me you owe us nothing. I was shocked in the past about them being honest with me but now I was WOWed by their kindness and understanding. Only this dealership/service department will get my busy. Thank you again. APPOINTMENT LOOK AT TRUCK BUT SOLD BEFORE I COULD GET THERE I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR SUNDAY TO LOOK AT A TRUCK I REALLY WANTED. IT HAD EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE INTERNET MANAG I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR SUNDAY TO LOOK AT A TRUCK I REALLY WANTED. IT HAD EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE INTERNET MANAGER TO LOOK AT THE TRUCK SUNDAY MORNING AT 10:00AM. AT ABOUT NOON SATURDAY WHILE I WAS AT WORK I RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE TELLING ME THAT THE TRUCK WAS SOLD. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF IT IS A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE DEALERSHIP. I WAS GOING TO BE DRIVING DOWN FROM ANACORTES TO ENUMCLAW JUST FOR THE TRUCK. I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS. I JUST DO NOT THINK THAT THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO DO BUSINESS. Turned away for service! I made an appointment online for a complete service and a recall on my Dodge 2500 pick up. This would be a $2000 dollar revenue generator for them. My truck carries a camper full time. 10'6" tall and 7' 6" wide. I was told by the service writer that "I will not have my technicians working outside in the slush and the rain, we can do the recall outside and that's all". I have been in the customer service profession for 40 years and have never turned a customer away because their equipment would not fit in our shop! If a customer purchased our product, we do what ever it takes to take care of them to include working in what ever weather is present. It is sad when a dealer or a manufacturer gets to the point of not needing customers and believing we need them. More

During these "Jeep Years" I have used several area dealers for service. It didn't take long for me to decide Enumclaw Jeep was the best in the South Puget Sound area. They have always been ready for me when I arrive for my appointment and they always seem to get the work done in the expected time frame. Their personnel are easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I have had numerous experiences with Enumclaw Jeep and never had a bad one! Not your typical dealership! More
