Discussed buying a truck with the Dustin, Internet Sales Manager. I sent him the vehicle price quoted on the website via screenshot. He quoted incentives as the difference, when it is clear it was how own website! I then asked for invoice so we can have a real, honest discussion about the truck. He stated: “ invoice is irrelevant “ and “it’s priced with the market”…basically saying he doesn’t really care about his own quoted price on his own internet site! Great experience with the service department! I am very particular on who I will let work on our JL and they did not disappoint. Thank you all so much for stepping up and taking care of this TSB warranty issue! It has 100% resolved the incredibly unsafe steering issues we were experiencing and I have complete confidence now with my wife and kids in this Jeep. If you are looking for competent, honest, timely people who actually listen to your concerns this dealership should be number one on your list. The service department has always been wonderful to me and my Jeep "Just Jack". Will and Grace fan can you tell? When I called for an oil and filter change John at the service department was very understanding about me being nervous about my safety during this pandemic. He booked the last oil change of the day for me. When I got there John wasn't there but Risa was. She too has always made me feel welcomed. She said if there is anything you need just let me know. While waiting I visited Jason in the parts department. He showed me all the new Jeep items. BTW I love my new jeep mug. Jason will be calling me in the Fall about their Jeep hoodies. I just love my hoodie I got a couple of years ago. This is how all dealerships, service and parts departments should treat their customers. Thank you John, Risa, and Jason. More

I just bought the truck I have been wanting for many years at Enumclaw, Dodge/Jeep. I often visit the store for over a year test driving potential purchases and worked with Tabitha. I cannot recommend the gentlemen at ECJD enough. This past weekend I purchased a 2021 RAM. This is my first truck so this experience was very important to me. Dustin D quickly responded to my initial call and answered all of my questions. I made an appointment for a few days out. When I arrived the truck I was interested in was waiting out front for me to rest drive. Dustin worked with the GM Rob to see that we landed on something that was affordable without sacrificing anything I wanted in a truck. The day after I bought my truck someone backed in to me and put a ding in my hood and left paint scuff on my bumper. I called Dustin to see what he recommended. Rob and Dustin told me to drop off the car and they would handle. I picked it up a day later and it looked brand new again. It goes to show there are still old school business people doing things the right way because they genuinely care about the customer experience. I am a customer for life and if you are reading this, you should be too. More

Totally unreliable. Irresponsible. Rude and absolutely bad sales representatives and manager. Never do business with these folks. One of the worst ever dealership I have ever been to. They posted the price of the Chrysler 300 2018 car on the official website and after I made all the effort to talk to the sales guy and manager and drove an hour and a half to get the car, they told me they marked the price wrong. Like seriously. I called the an hour before I went in. Also, they said 18000 the 1 was mistakenly marked as 1 instead of 2. Come on man. Even if that was true, the new car isn't the same price, leave the pre-owned we were trying to see. I spent my afternoon driving to the location. After the manager told me they marked the price wrong and they now can sell only for 5k more, the manager was extremely rude and spoke about how they can choose to not sell the car. Like seriously, I was just accepting an apology for all the time I wasted making all the effort. Is that how you treat your customers. Extremely bad. Please be very cautious doing business with them. Very very displeased and disappointed. More

I made an appointment but I called almost every day before hand telling the service department what I thought the cause was from Googling. Wade in the service department got most of my calls. He was very understanding and so were the others. They knew how I felt about my Jeep. The day of the appointment they run a test. The test results came back with nothing. It was just an extra hot day in which I was in two long traffic jams which caused the overheating. I asked how much I owe them. I knew labor was $165 an hour but wasn't sure about the price of the test. They told me you owe us nothing. I was shocked in the past about them being honest with me but now I was WOWed by their kindness and understanding. Only this dealership/service department will get my busy. Thank you again.
