During these "Jeep Years" I have used several area dealers for service. It didn't take long for me to decide Enumclaw Jeep was the best in the South Puget Sound area. They have always been ready for me when I arrive for my appointment and they always seem to get the work done in the expected time frame. Their personnel are easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I have had numerous experiences with Enumclaw Jeep and never had a bad one! Not your typical dealership! More

Quick Service! On June 20th, I took my 2017 Dodge Journey into the dealership due to a recall on one of the parts. Most service departments I have gone to take a unu On June 20th, I took my 2017 Dodge Journey into the dealership due to a recall on one of the parts. Most service departments I have gone to take a unusually long time to complete their work even when its a scheduled appointment, so I was expecting this to be no different. And, being 34 weeks pregnant with twins, I was really dreading this errand. However, to my surprise, my vehicle was taken in the moment I arrived and within 15-30 minutes, the task was completed. They even vacuumed and washed my car - free of charge! Another luxury that I never experienced elsewhere. Aside from their quick service, the employees who worked in the service department that day were extremely kind and personable. I am thankful for that day and hope to continue to receive quality like that in the future! More

I WASN'T offered a ride home or a rental as if i was sit there from 9am till 415 when the vechicle was finished. Got a call saying they were done and it was getting washed, arrived at the dealer to find my truck was not washed and the technician left my headlights on, and got grease all over the driver side of the vehicle and steering wheel. Was interested in trading in for a challenger but after this visit i will no longer be doing business with them. More

DON'T TRUST THEIR WORK I used to really like this dealership's service department for my 2011 Ram 3500 truck. Now, not so much. Brought truck in for an LOF, tire rotation, a I used to really like this dealership's service department for my 2011 Ram 3500 truck. Now, not so much. Brought truck in for an LOF, tire rotation, and steering wheel centering after they did a wheel alignment some time back. All prior to driving that truck from Federal Way to Phoenix, AZ. (1) Tires got rotated but they didn't adjust the pressure-- so was dangerously low in back and dangerously high in front. Discovered this at home and entirely by chance; and (2) They didn't adjust the steering wheel, but maybe that was a good thing. I don't mind paying more for dealer service rather than using an independent shop, but if you can't trust a dealership to do a proper job on a basic service then what's the point? The speed limits on the way to Phoenix are mostly 75-80 mph-- not a good speed at which to have tire/handling/stability problems in a pickup. I'm quite aggravated that these guys put me and my family at risk this way. I did complain to Risa, my service writer about this. She said the manager would get in touch with me. That never happened. Use these guys at your own risk. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! More
