My service advisor, William Bonilla, who I have worked with before, was clear about what needed to be done and how much it would cost from the very beginning. No surprises. William applied a coupon to help keep costs down as well which I appreciated. My car was ready to be picked up quickly and you would never know anyone was in it because they left it exactly the way I gave it to them. More
