no direction or acknowledgment when brought car in. Very helpful , explained problem with rear tire. Metal plug was coroded. These tires were bought by your dept. 9 wks ago. I do think I shouldn’t have pd for service, but that’s what she said. $112 Metal plug was coroded. These tires were bought by your dept. 9 wks ago. I do think I shouldn’t have pd for service, but that’s what she said. $112 otherwise May stayed with me & showed me tire, but I still feel labor was necessay, but I should have gotten a new tire that was only months old.
