Larry Merola, Metric's Business Manager was also stellar, genuinely concerned with my having the best experience possible. Larry is a true professional who knows the importance of customer service and who takes pride at enhancing Metric's reputation. He's also blessed with a dry sense of humor. I had previously stopped at another Subaru dealership in Wantagh, and had a terrible experience. The salesman in Wantagh was slow to respond to calls and couldn't seem to locate a Forester for me. I decided to find the car I was looking for myself, and I called Metric Subaru. I spoke to Chris there who was very helpful. He had a car with the features I was looking for that was within my price range. Within a week, I had my new car. I was very pleased with both Chris and the finance person, Larry. As far as car buying experiences go, this was an excellent experience! I would highly recommend Metric Subaru. More
