Best and easiest car purchase I've ever made The day before, I had visited a different dealership for a different brand vehicle - the same brand as my last car. The person with whom I spoke woul The day before, I had visited a different dealership for a different brand vehicle - the same brand as my last car. The person with whom I spoke would not even give me a price unless I left a (refundable*) check to show my sincere interest! Though I loved my last car, I wasn't sure about this new one - it was expensive, included "bells and whistles" I did not need or want, and I had little faith in the gentleman with whom I was dealing. The next morning I went to Metric Subaru and met with Vinnie. What a different and wonderful experience. Vinnie was straight talking, clear and open. He was very informative and explained all my options clearly. There was no high-pressure selling. Vinnie offered me his honest suggestions about what might be good to include in my purchase and why. When he called a young man to take me for a test drive, it was obvious that he cared about this young man and that this young man respected and liked Vinnie, making evident a caring and warm atmosphere at this dealership. I bought the Forester on the spot - though I virtually never make a big purchase of any kind without first "sleeping on it." I am not at all sorry - I love my new car and I loved my purchasing experience. I highly recommend Metric Subaru.
