Zero customer engagement My husband and I recently visited this dealership to discuss vehicle options available after expiration of our current Subaru lease. There were severa My husband and I recently visited this dealership to discuss vehicle options available after expiration of our current Subaru lease. There were several employees in the showroom but no one acknowledged us in any way for several minutes. We walked around looking at vehicles and still no one approached us or even said hello. Only after my husband started to joke loudly that we must be invisible did someone say they would be right with us. When someone eventually did ask what we were interested in and we responded we were interested in information about the new Outback he simply responded that it likely wouldn't be available before November. Since we were interested in a lease he stated no information was available and he did not seem the least bit interested in retaining our business or continuing the conversation. The complete lack of customer service orientation at this dealership is by far the worst we have experienced. More

Sales person assigned was John Zona, nice enough but was concerned about 5 star rating. You know that full tank of gas you used to get; well at this dealership it costs $64 as well as $25 to remove that white paper that protects a new car. This dealership is in transition and it seems the old time sales people are a bit confused. Dina in financing was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. This dealership is 50 miles from my home and if not for Costco would not be my choice. More
