Subaru of Huntington Station We went to purchase a car from Huntington Subaru. After being told to enter my own application on a tablet and being told I would be contacted. I made a phone call yesterday and again today to find out status. Never received promised calls back. It is now February 19th and I have no idea of the outcome. Is this the kind of customer service you want? Seriously think about it? More

The orientation to the special nuances of each model was always explained so there was a degree of competence leaving the showroom. I am impressed with the staff too as they truly listen to your needs and concerns.. their service staff is excellent. I travel 60 miles to maintain this relationship with this dealer because I value all that hey stand for. More

Easy not sleazy. I was looking for my first new car, I’ve driven quite a few good used cars but it was time to have something new. I had been looking for a while and t I was looking for my first new car, I’ve driven quite a few good used cars but it was time to have something new. I had been looking for a while and to be honest started my journey at another dealership, the sales man clearly did not care about my needs and gave me some astronomical numbers. I left very disheartened. I then found Metric Subaru in Huntington NY. I spoke to vinny right away didn’t have to wait. I was able to set an appointment the very next morning. He was kind and understood what was important to me, and made a point to keep my best interest in mind. I was sold. I have already recommended this dealership with vinny as the salesman in particular. Great experience. More
