That is very much a credit to you and your recognition of my needs and wants. The only reservation I had in the whole process was the lack of prep on my part for dealing with your counterpart when addressing the long term warranty at the closing. This was optional and not a hard sell on his part, but something I wished I had more time to consider. I purchased it so that’s now behind me.
