Very disappointing service Signed paperwork for diagnostic check at cost $165 - supposed to be covered by extended warranty - never received any paperwork indicating that it was done. Problems tha diagnostic check at cost $165 - supposed to be covered by extended warranty - never received any paperwork indicating that it was done. Problems that I told them about the vehicle just had statement that it was not noted at this time. Received a follow up call to check on satisfaction - spoke of the encounter - was told that he would check into it and call back. Call back never occurred. Very upsetting service encounter. More
