Ignoring repeated complaints, this dealership has consistently failed in customer service and care. Do not pay attention to the fake 5 star review. Paying $2,000 for repairs that have yet to be completed after several months is utterly unacceptable. The staff's lack of urgency and responsibility only adds insult to injury. Multiple attempts to address these issues have been ignored. Be warned: Route 22 Nissan's lofty promises do not align with their actual service. Their inflated repair costs and disregard for customer concerns are a dangerous mix that is better avoided. I urge those in need of purchasing a car or receiving services to consider other options. Route 22 Nissan has proven itself unworthy of trust or business. More
