This dealership along with the finance manager Austin is low down and conniving with adding additional fees to a vehicle that clearly advertises as “No Hidden Fees” A pre certification for a Certified Pre O low down and conniving with adding additional fees to a vehicle that clearly advertises as “No Hidden Fees” A pre certification for a Certified Pre Owned Vehicle is already included in the asking price. Route 22 Nissan in Hillside is by far the worst Nissan I have ever been to. I regret buying my car from this location. They lie about work that you need on your car and you can get charged for work that the have ever been to. I regret buying my car from this location. Overall satisfied, however a few disappointments. First, after picked up My vehicle it made bad noises related to servicing, Chris scheduled a follow up ASAP and the problem was fixed promptly. Secondly I was charged a fee for using my credit card which to me is awful, thus is the second time I went to Nissan service and while I am mostly happy with the service, to me I believe that I should be refunded the fees and I may not choose Nissan service again due to fees for using credit card, my preferred method of payment.
