This is the most deceiving dealership I’ve ever been to, from the sale representatives to the finance department.Worse place to get a car From. A USED Nissan 2020 that was worth 14-17k I was charged almost 32K for.I was charged for a 500 down payment by Harold before I was even told about the total cost of the vehicle, when I got in to the finance office and the Rep Austin told me the total of the cost was almost 32k I immediately told him I was uncomfortable with that price and that I was never told that from the beginning I was told it’s be much less. I explained to the finance person if I could come back and sleep on it and he basically told me it was too late that I had to sign because everything was put into the system and I was already approved for the vehicle so there was no going back. Me being naive and unaware that what he was saying was a complete xxxxxxxx I signed a paper I did not agree with. After I went home and told my friends about the buying and the conversation I had with the finance person they told me it was a complete lie that I had the choice to back out that I did not have to sign, when I was told numerous times I had no choice and that I had to sign. This place is full of liars and people who like to prey on first time buyers or people who aren’t as aware of their buying rights. 4 months into me having the vehicle the vehicle stopped working. They sold me a overprice garbage car. They fixed it and I tried to give it return it and be completely done with Nissan with they refused and said my vehicle was only with 14k. So a vehicle I that I am now in debt for with over 28k that I only bought 4 months ago is only worth 14k. They overcharged me 14k extra a on USED messed up vehicle. NEVER BUY FROM NISSAN. Especially if your a female or first time buyer or any of the following it’s a HORRIBLE Dealership!!! -0 out if 10 rating. More
