As an inexperienced lessee, I really had a bad experience in this place. I can describe them as an unethical and dishonest dealership. They offered me a very high monthly payment for a lease car. In that moment when I signed I didn’t know, but then when I consulted with some people, they told me, are you crazy? How can you be paying that amount of money? I feel very disappointed and cheated. The way the sales manager Herold behaved was very unprofessional. He forces customers to fill out the customer survey with a positive feedback. He dared to take my phone and fill out the customer survey on my behalf. That was really rude and unprofessional!!! I can’t wait to return the car in a year as stated in the contract, and I don’t care if I lose my down payment money as long as I don’t have to deal with this dealership any longer time!!! More

If I could give zero stars I would. I went here for a regular oil change, multi-point inspection, and to screw back the cover/shield underneath my vehicle that protects my parts. Every time I come to this dealership for service there is always an issue with them putting things back properly. I can never get my vehicle back the same way it was turned into them. Well the other day was my finally time coming to this Nissan, they are under below average for me with there service. It seems as though they just hire anybody, and they don’t care if they do great work or not. There were hardly any people in there that day, so my vehicle should have been well taken care of. This was not the case, they didn’t do a multi-point inspection, and they did not put any of my screws back for the cover underneath my vehicle. Get on the parkway, and I here something dragging. Pull into the gas station, and my cover was hanging off, no screw was basically in it. Had to go to the nearest car place to have it fixed. Empire Nissan is the worst place to bring your vehicle for service, please people keep away or you will be spending unnecessary money for there screw ups. More

Nissan Regional Manager and Nissan USA - No help to the customer. Started looking for trading this Vehicle and next will be Toyota or Revian Pick up. More
