As an inexperienced lessee, I really had a bad experience in this place. I can describe them as an unethical and dishonest dealership. They offered me a very high monthly payment for a lease car. In that moment when I signed I didn’t know, but then when I consulted with some people, they told me, are you crazy? How can you be paying that amount of money? I feel very disappointed and cheated. The way the sales manager Herold behaved was very unprofessional. He forces customers to fill out the customer survey with a positive feedback. He dared to take my phone and fill out the customer survey on my behalf. That was really rude and unprofessional!!! I can’t wait to return the car in a year as stated in the contract, and I don’t care if I lose my down payment money as long as I don’t have to deal with this dealership any longer time!!! More
