The sales representative was very nice on the phone and helped me a lot, but the issue is still not resolved. I don't think it's the RT 22 Nissan fault; it's the Nissan car (Sentra 2021 Model) that keeps having problems within three years of purchase. People warned me not to buy Nissan cars, but in the past, I had a Nissan and never had any issues. Six months after buying the car, I had a major issue with the steering wheel. After numerous calls to Nissan customer service, they replaced the entire steering wheel and related parts. Then, my car battery died in two years, even though most car batteries last at least three years. The remote start also stopped working three months after purchase. Currently, my car is making a knocking sound or metal hitting sound when changing gears and making noise when turning and going through potholes. I already raised this concern with the service department, and they told me I needed to change the brake rotor, which I did for $1040, but the issue is still not resolved. I believe it's not a service issue but a problem with Nissan's manufacturing quality. It seems like they are making cars out of cardboard. More
