Worst place STAY AWAY!!! One of the worst experiences I've had in buying a car. I bought a car at bay ridge Nissan, the sales person name was dennisse after being there lookin One of the worst experiences I've had in buying a car. I bought a car at bay ridge Nissan, the sales person name was dennisse after being there looking at cars for hours with her i finally found a 2011 Nissan rogue which i ended up buying. The vehicle had some scratches and dents and was promised that it would be fixed and "handled", when i picked up the vehicle the following night the suv still had the scratches and dents and when i spoke to the manager ali he came out screaming "i cant perform any miracles" and said he tried his best! So i returned the vehicle and found another one but could not leave with that vehicle until bay ridge Nissan returned the money to the bank, so Dennise convinced me to put a down payment of $4000 on the new vehicle to place the car on hold for me. After a long month! Of waiting bay ridge Nissan finally returned the money to the bank. The day i was going to finally go and get the vehicle i put $4000 dollars on the vehicle to be held i get a text from Dennise saying the vehicle was SOLD! By accident. After all this once again i decided to get another vehicle at this dealership while were negotiating the price of the vehicle she leaves to ask her manager if she can leave it at a certain price and when she returned she then again told me that this new vehicle has been sold. At this point i demanded for my money back. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP all they care about is money and not satisfying the customer, there rude and they lack a lot of communication. STAY AWAY!!! More

Read what the NYS Attorney General's office has to say This dealership is full of thieves. I'm not talking about pressure tactics. I mean thieves and outright liars. The NYS Attorney Generals office iss This dealership is full of thieves. I'm not talking about pressure tactics. I mean thieves and outright liars. The NYS Attorney Generals office issued a judgment against them in the amount of $100,000 in April 2014 for falsifying and altering contracts. Theft is how this dealership operates. The problem isn't one salesperson. They are instructed by the owners to steal. In my case, it was the salesperson and the Finance manger who completed my paperwork who were in on the theft. Stay away. Any good review on this page is due to the person not knowing they were scammed or a fake posting by someone working at Bay Ridge Nissan. The fact that the Attorney General's Office fined that will not change their ways. From what I understand the Family that owns Bay Ridge Nissan have had judgments issued against them at their other dealerships in NJ. More
