The problem isn't one salesperson. They are instructed by the owners to steal. In my case, it was the salesperson and the Finance manger who completed my paperwork who were in on the theft. Stay away. Any good review on this page is due to the person not knowing they were scammed or a fake posting by someone working at Bay Ridge Nissan. The fact that the Attorney General's Office fined that will not change their ways. From what I understand the Family that owns Bay Ridge Nissan have had judgments issued against them at their other dealerships in NJ. More
