I mean, it could have been way worse We weren't too thrilled about our time at Bay Ridge Nissan today. The showroom was pretty well-organized, but the salespeople weren't dressed that great. Sloppy suits everywhere. It reminded me of my times at used car lots forever ago. Our salesperson, Eric, was really green. He seemed really shy the entire time, which doesn't seem like a good trait to have as a car salesman. He was kind-of hard to talk to, but wasn't bad to work with. (A co-worker of his, Hassan, not only got my girlfriend's name completely wrong, but also called Eric a rookie right in front of us! Who does that??) They had the car that we were interested in (a Sentra SV) available and ready. One of the cars had an incorrect sticker, which is a little concerning. Eric kept trying to run my credit before wanting to negotiate prices at all (we had visited a Honda dealer prior to coming here), but he eventually budged. Gino, his manager, was completely unwilling to give us hard numbers over the phone without having us come back in (we left to the Honda dealer to counter-negotiate). I didn't want to take the bus back to hear something completely different, and we liked our salesperson at the Honda better, so we closed there instead. I probably won't come back here again. More

Buy used,new or lease but after talking to Sasha everything was easier. When I came back after couple weeks knowing what I want and haw much money can spend He and his team help me all the way dawn. All paper work: trading,financing,insurance. And I have to say again the whole team was very professional and helpful. So last Thursday I picked up brand new Rogue. Saha was there made everything easy and pleasant. Introduced me to my Rogue,answered all my questions and gave me same tips. Thank You Sasha and all your team! Now I have a hope that your service team is also nice,helpful and professional. If so Bay Ridge Nissan is a BEST! More
We came to LOOK ONLY ...BUT... Your Team Won Us OVER ! Thank you for selecting Jose to help us with our decision to stay with Nissan or choose another dealer altogether.Jose made my wife and me feel like Thank you for selecting Jose to help us with our decision to stay with Nissan or choose another dealer altogether.Jose made my wife and me feel like we weren't dealing with a fast talking salesman but with a friend.He answered all our questions and informed us of all the various changes to the new Rogue and also showed us the Murano.After patiently showing us both the Rogue and Murano multiple times,we finally decided to take a ride in a Murano.I'm sorry I can't remember the fellow who took us for our test ride but he was great. After we came back,we still weren't sure what we wanted to do and Jose remained patient and didn't try to push the more expensive sale. He did explain thoroughly all the upgrades that the Murano had over the Rogue and finally we decided to lease a 2015 Murano. Jose then took us up to meet Barry and Geno to discuss the $$$$ price.Well ,again the Rogue was discussed as was the Murano and all the differences came up again. There is NO doubt the Murano Is a a definite upgrade and after all was said and done,both Barry and Gino gave us a deal we were very satisfied with. NOT SATISFIED AFTER 2 MOS OF PURCHASE CONTACTED THE SALE PERSON WHO I DEALT WITH, HE PROMISED ME A FREE ALL WEATHER MATS. HE WANTED ME TO GIVE A GOOD SURVEY, WHICH I DID. NOW I CALL HIM UP CONTACTED THE SALE PERSON WHO I DEALT WITH, HE PROMISED ME A FREE ALL WEATHER MATS. HE WANTED ME TO GIVE A GOOD SURVEY, WHICH I DID. NOW I CALL HIM UP FOR THE MATS, HE SAID HE CAN'T GIVE IT TO ME BEC. I DIDN'T DO THE SURVEY. WELL THIS IS THE ONLY SITE THEY SENT TO MY EMAIL TO DO IT. WHAT I DONT LIKE IS PEOPLE MAKE PROMISES AND THEY WONT KEEP IT, IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MATS THAT I'M DISSAPPOINTED BUT HOW I WAS PROMISED. PIECE OF ADVICE DONT MAKE PROMISES IF YOU CANT KEEP IT. FINANCE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE Went to Bay Ridge Nissan to lease a car. This is my fourth Nissan, but all not leased from Bay Ridge Nissan. Worked out details with a good salesperso Went to Bay Ridge Nissan to lease a car. This is my fourth Nissan, but all not leased from Bay Ridge Nissan. Worked out details with a good salesperson. When I got to the Finance Person, he conviced me to buy my old car and not lease the car I intended to lease. The papers were not explained properly they were just put in front of me to sign (my own falult for not reading them). When I got home and looked at the papers, I was paying $2,500. for Extended Warrany. I called the next day and asked to undue the tranaction and lease the new car. I was told that they could not do it. I aked to cancel the Extended Warranty and that is when they stopped talking to me. I sent about 15 e-mails to everyone at Bay Ridge Nissan and got no reply's. I had to go to Nissan USA, who were very helpful, to get the Extended Warranty cancelled. By not working with me or even talking to me Bay Ridge Nissan lost a cutomer for service and/or for a new car. All it would have taken was a phone call to tell me how I could cancel the Extended Warranty on my own. Bay Ridge Nissan does not care about it customers. More

Excellent experience! I have bought two cars from this dealership, and returned to trade in the last car I bought 8 years ago. I wanted to try out leasing a vehicle and rec I have bought two cars from this dealership, and returned to trade in the last car I bought 8 years ago. I wanted to try out leasing a vehicle and received very good info which convinced me to try it. I asked specifically for Steve W, who sold me my last car, and he came through once again! His technical expertise was beyond question and provided all the info I needed to make my decision. Ray, in the finance department, was also very knowledgeable and helpful in us deciding to lease. I went to the dealership late Wednesday evening, and drove away with a new car Thursday evening after work. The process was smooth and the staff was very professinal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that asks! Thanks again to Steve W and Ray for making this experience painless and productive! More
