Dear fcperr, we certainly understand your frustration. Unfortunately there were a series of events that led to your frustration and we take full responsibility. First, some of the paperwork listed your full name of Francis and some listed the name Frank which caused some issues. Secondly, there was a delay in registering due to the long weekend. Also, you discovered some paint damage on yuor vehicle. Lastly, our internet was down when you came in to receive your inspections sticker.
