Wasn’t happy with the lack of communication at first. But once Brian Santos got involved that all changed for the better. 2 weeks later, the same exact part broke again. Wrote a letter to manager…hopefully this gets a response before the AG consumer division gets involved. Buyer beware. It’s not hard to deliver on promises. It’s even easier to return calls.
