everyone knows someone i was recently at this Chevy dealership. My experience was great up until the salesman went to his front desk manager to get prices I think. I had informed him that I was Law enforcement my Fiancé a teacher and that I have family who works in Detroit at the GM plant, I have purchased GM cars before and I know how the family discount works. when he came back with the numbers they were through the roof I heard the manager respond at my salesman when had explained that I had family at GM in Detroit...the manager said yea right" give em 500 bucks sure everyone has family in Detroit" at the plant as if I was trying to fool them or lie. I felt for my Salesman he had to keep having to try and defend his managers actions this guy test drove us practically 4 times and we were planning to give him the sale but this manager who by the way was also rude and condescending actually screwed up a definite sale on not 1 but 2 cars. More

First of all, I would like to commend Zain Huda with the excellent help provided beginning from helping with deciding upon what model of the car would suit my requirements to assisting me with getting the best deal possible. I was skeptical with going into another Chevy dealership after having a not so friendly encounter at another dealership but Zain made me feel at home and let me take all my time going through all the options available . This was my first leasing experience with Chevy and I would not have been able to make the great decision on a car like I did if it was not for Zain's assistance. I highly recommend Zain as well as the dealership for his friendly nature as feel as professional expertise in making the leasing process as smooth as possible. More

I Came in needing help in order to feel comfortable leasing my first car and Zain made me feel right at home. He truly knows each vehicle and has a genuine interest in helping customers find what they need. I was looking at the Cruze when after sharing with Zain what I wanted in a car he went over both the Cruze but also the Malibu which fit my needs more. Had he not only listened to me, but gave me a chance to explore my options so I can make the best choice possible. I would not have been able to make the great decision on a car like I did if it was not for Zain's assistance. I highly recommend Zain as well as this dealership for their quality in expertise and friendliness. More
This place is filled with of liars, cheats and bullys Started with Zain, kept us hostage for 2 hours. Would not give us an exact price on a lease. So he gave us to Stan a manager. Stan was arrogant, insulting and a wise guy. He tried to squeeze us into something we did not want. Left numerous messages for him which he did not return. Then called us days later to discuss the deal. Ahh sweat revenge we told him to jump in a lake we got the car somewhere else. Don't waste your time here, they do not want to negotiate fairly just take advantage of naive buyers. I buy lots of cars , this place is among the worst. More

Zain provided us with friendly service and right away made us feel more comfortable. After some time we came to an agreement on a very well priced deal for a Chevy Cruze and a Chevy Malibu (lease). The process of returning another leased car we had was made easy due to Zain's fast and intelligent work. It's clear that Zain is an experienced car salesmen and does his job very well regarding giving his customer an easy and stress free experience. There isn't enough that can be said about how well our experience went with Zain Huda at Chevrolet of Huntington. More

I don't give out prices unless U are ready to buy this minute!! Well I walked out.....NO prices, cant buy the product. That is sales 101. He got mad when I walked out, I went to another dealer and now driving my new 2017.....Your loss ! More

The worst experience Ive ever had I went into the dealership at 12 noon, they kept us there until 11:30 pm until we were mentally exhausted, they had us look at the computer screen whi I went into the dealership at 12 noon, they kept us there until 11:30 pm until we were mentally exhausted, they had us look at the computer screen which showed differently then what was signed. When they tell you they are throwing in something it means, they are charging you 6,000 for it. They charged us over 11,000 for a warranty and oil changes that should have went for 3,000. My friend is a finance manager she told me what it goes for. My biggest complaint is Rich the finance manager, he is the one that pulled this. With excellent credit we got put into a 5.9% loan, which should not have been. We did move the loan at a cheaper rate to another bank. We also have not received credit for a previous warranty. We also have not received any paperwork regarding the new warranty. We purchased two 80,000 vehicles. The reason I was there to begin with was because I bought my previous car from them after sandy and came to find out that the whole bottom of my car was all rusted out. Chevy was willing to pay half to fix it, but give me no guarantees. I feel sorry for whomever buys the 2013 red Tahoe from there lot because they put it on the lot without fixing it. Save yourself the trouble of going here. I would have thought if everytime we walked into a dealer and purchased two vehicles they would have treated us better and not screwed us. More
