When I had time the next day to give it a good look, I noticed there were a few things that needed to be done - rear wiper was old and not cleaning, a piece of the headliner was off, marks in the headliner, cargo door didn't always open automatically, remove tinting on front windows because it was too dark, etc. I dropped it off for them to keep overnight and because there wasn't a loaner car available, they dropped me off at home and picked me up the next day even though I live out of their "courtesy" area. I'm only giving a 4 star rating because they need to work on their communications - it's just about impossible to get someone on the phone at any time. While Roberto did tell me what time he would call and I would be picked up, and he did call on time, I needed to tell him something earlier in the morning and had a lot of trouble getting my message to him. While the 8 pages of notes I've been keeping about my ordeal is too much to post here, I'd thought I'd point out just a few of my problems...from being told they would "increase the price of the trade-in and decrease the price of the vehicle" to get me to a monthly payment I could afford, when all he was actually doing was figuring a $ amount on a 96 month loan, which I don't think even exists and telling me he would throw in a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty, which he couldn't do - all of this came out when I was ready to sign the paperwork; then being told first by saleswoman that the car "hasn't been detailed yet", but told by the manager that the car has been "detailed twice already" but because of some white marks in the door (looks like someone didn't wipe off the polish/wax well) he would have it detailed a 3rd time - well it wasn't even detailed once (10+ dirt marks in the headliner, french fries, wrappers and kids foam stickers under the 3rd bench); to being SCREAMED at by the manager in the parking lot after I left the car there for 24 hours to check out a few things and have it detailed that he first never said that he would detail it then changing his story to he ran out of time to detail it because I was picking it up too early. They are supposed to clay the car to try to get the white marks out of the door and I'm waiting a week already for someone to schedule this and I can't get anyone to email or call me. After you complete your purchase and drive off the lot you can pretty much forget about anyone getting on the phone with you when you call or answering your text messages or emails (I've emailed the salesperson, the General Manager and I've emailed the dealership under "contact us" on their website to no avail). 10/11/16 Update - On 10/6 I emailed a copy of the above review to the salesperson and GM...I won't even bother with the salesperson's response, but the GM emailed me back, set up a convenient day/time for me to bring the car in (which was today), giving me a loaner for the day. That experience was great, hence my positive review for the Service Department today. The Service Manager Mary was a pleasure to deal with and the person who detailed/clayed my car did a great job. It took a few weeks, but finally everything is settled and I can enjoy my car and put everything else behind me. More

Flash forward a month later, and I have had issues with this dealership taking care of my previous lease payment. I have called, left messages for finance and the manager, faxed and not one person has rectified the situation. On top of that my car was damaged from a clogged ac unit that caused a leak in my front driver and passenger sides. I had to take it to be serviced twice already. The customer service is abysmal and I have tried 2x already to speak to a manager and it hasn't happened yet. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. Once the get you out the door, they want nothing to do with you. I will be contacting my friend at the Better Business Bureau as well. This is not a way to treat a customer!! The receptionist is extremely rude as well! More

Donna Daub is very professional ! Donna is one of the most professional new vehicle sales people I have worked with while purchasing a vehicle, in this case, my 2016 Colorado Diesel. Donna is one of the most professional new vehicle sales people I have worked with while purchasing a vehicle, in this case, my 2016 Colorado Diesel. I have been an automotive shop teacher for the past 38 years, Donna does her homework and knows the in and out of passenger cars, performance cars and trucks. If Donna was a student in my auto shop class she would be at the top of the class. Never once did I feel pressured into purchasing something I did not need or want. She is professional, knowledgable and very pleasant to do business with. Donna has the needed knowledge of all the option packages when shopping for a vehicle. She loves the automotive industry and it shows during conversation!! When my daughter is ready for her next car I will bring her to see Donna. More

Worst Salesman AND Experience at a dealership thus far. So I came here to try and make a deal on a 2016 Malibu, which is a car I love. The salesmen (Michael Speckin) from the beginning of our visit jerked us around, but I put up with it because the Malibu was fairly priced and well-specced. I test drove the car, and agreed that I wanted it and told the salesmen the colors I was considering. We went back and forth on numbers, until he finally agreed to a number that was quite a good deal, but soon after found it was too good to be true. First they said they didn't have the color I wanted, and couldn't get it from another dealer. Then suddenly every color I wanted was impossible to get, unless I wanted to drop one of the main packages on the car that I wanted, the Tech Package. I said I wanted to keep the tech package, and they never found me a car and were more than dodgy every time I called them. The salesman had the guts to call me two weeks later and go "So Chevy has some pretty good promotions going on right now", as if to say that we never agreed on numbers. I told him that I went to their sister dealership, and he laughed at me, told me to "drive the car by when I get it", and hung up on me. What kind of professionalism is that? Even worse, I later found that they DID have the car and color I wanted in stock at their other lot. To test this theory, I called them and noted I was someone else and wanted to test drive the car. They said NO PROBLEM and said I could come the following day to test drive it. Talk about crooks ALL AROUND. Avoid this place like the black plague, since everyone from their salesmen to the managers are out to get you. More

I never have shopped for a car this way and was expecting a bait and switch but was very pleasantly surprised that Donna Lucci Daub at Chevy of Huntington was extremely upfront and honest and the price advertised was what I received. Overall it was a very easy and reasonable experience and I would recommend them highly. More
