I let him know exactly what I was looking for and he stayed in touch with me for a few months updating me in deals and inventory. Kevin was patient and maintained communication and was not overbearing. The entire process of purchasing a new vehicle was made incredibly easy and almost stress free. Needs to be micromanaged Incompetence isnt even the beginning, for starters salesman didnt even have to try to make the sale because i already knew what i wanted, but from the Incompetence isnt even the beginning, for starters salesman didnt even have to try to make the sale because i already knew what i wanted, but from the second your money is taken and finance cones on is where the problems start here and i think this place needs to be micromanaged because the reviews speak for themselves No communication at all, and on top when they make a mistake and get called out on it they try to make you feel like your in the wrong about it and when i say they i mean (Wahid in finance), man shouldn't be in the buisness of taking care of people, My experience has been horrible and as a veteran of the united states army and a place where i was told thank you for your service, its a spit in my face and what ive done for my country because they gave me the impression i was going to be taken care of and not have to worry, o and lastly the temporary registration i was issued expired and still have yet to receive my official registration, just more incompetence! More
