I went there on one of the hottest days in June and asked to test drive a car i was truly interested in. One of their car lots is about a block from the dealership, so rather than pick up the car they walked to test drive a car i was truly interested in. One of their car lots is about a block from the dealership, so rather than pick up the car they walked us all the way out there in the heat which was pretty annoying seeing that all i wanted to do was drive it to see if i was interested in buying, i wasnt ready to pick one out to buy. Then after showing me the dusty outside of a bunch of maximas in a dusty lot he said that he wanted me to drive one of last years models because he had it for a year and had to get rid of it. then rather than walk us back to the cool dealership to wait he left us there when he went to get keys (which he should have had with him to begin with), how would we test drive if you cant start the car. Then when he finally got back because the car was so old the battery was dead and the car wouldnt start, I should have left then, but made the poor decision to wait, he walked us back and said he would be back soon with it, about 15 minutes later a different salesperson walked in and said he was there for us to do the test drive and had the car out front. after a test drive i just left, the service was so horrible there. More

Rob Weber conducted the deal in an honest, straightforward, yet friendly manner. I appreciated his and Scott's candid approach to the price of the car and the price for my trade-in. There was none of the "wheeling and dealing" I experienced at other dealerships I had been to. Though Nissan of Bergenfield is a Nissan dealership, the atmosphere is more the feel of a Main Street mom-and-pop small business: clean, friendly, personable, relaxed and all about customer satisfaction. It was a surprisingly enjoyable car-buying experience (never thought I'd say that... ever!) Glad I found them. More

Probably one of the best experiences I ever had with buying a car. My first experience wasn't so great, but Mr. Dave Perrotti the GM, made sure this experience was amazing. I gave my car for an oil change and specifically asked not to inspect the car !!! The car came runing great and came out with repairs that was not needed before!!! Again I was only asked for an oil change . Very simple task and even that was not done properly!!! More
My lease on the 2010 Nissan Sentra was ending in June 2013. I went to Nissan of Bergenfield because I had a very good experience with Nissan. The salesman showed me a 2012 Nissan Sentra which I drove t 2013. I went to Nissan of Bergenfield because I had a very good experience with Nissan. The salesman showed me a 2012 Nissan Sentra which I drove to the Service Department. He then showed me a 2013 Sentra which I had read was a little bigger than the 2010 Sentra but he encouraged me to drive it and, when I did, I felt it was not too big for me and I enjoyed driving the 2013 Sentra. We then discussed pricing the 2013 vehicle and I believe I got a fair deal. I was not pushed into leasing the 2013 Sentra and I am very happy with this car. This is a very friendly dealership and they treat customers very well. I was very happy with my salesman. More
I had a very good experience with Nissan of Bergenfield. I scheduled my 45K appointment for my Maxima over the phone with Diane. I purchased my vehicle in 2008 from this dealership and paid it off earlier then my original finance terms. Upon receipt of my title from Chase, they advised me that if I had GAP insurance I may be entitl paid it off earlier then my original finance terms. Upon receipt of my title from Chase, they advised me that if I had GAP insurance I may be entitled to and owed a refund of any unearned premiums or fees relating to the GAP product. I subsequently contacted the dealership by telephone and that same day went to the dealership on April 9, 2012 to provide a copy of my paperwork and this is when I met with a "Business Manager". The Business Manager in turn started a dialog with the Company who provided me the GAP and it took her 4 weeks to get back to me with any follow up. On May 9, 2012 this Business Manager faxed me a Cancellation form which was sent to the GAP provider indicating the cancellation of the policy. Here is it 8 months later and still nothing from the Business Manager or anyone at Nissan of Bergenfield. I follow up at least once a week and now the Business Manager doesn't even take my calls, I'm told they are not in or with a customer. Their follow up and customer service is atrocious. You would think that they would want me to recommend their dealership to friends and family or me to come back in the future to purchase again. That will never happen. Stay as far away from this Dealership as possible. More

Additionally, the Finance Manager, Tiesa was super nice and trustworthy and removed the stigma from the final steps of signing the lease. I leased a 2013 Altima 2.5L SV and received a price that couldn't be beat by an others around!! Absolutely great team and experience from start to finish Thank you!! More
