My experience was with the service department at 90 W. Church Street, Bergenfield, NJ 07621, 201-385-2002, today 9-14-2012, was for lake of a better word, amazing. I bought a 2010 Nissan Rouge 3 months ag Church Street, Bergenfield, NJ 07621, 201-385-2002, today 9-14-2012, was for lake of a better word, amazing. I bought a 2010 Nissan Rouge 3 months ago at a Honda dealership, i noticed that the Rouge was still under warranty with Nissan so i went there when, my battery died today. i meet and spoke with a gentleman by the name of JOHN GROSSO. i just moved my family to NJ 4 months ago from NY, so you can imagine i never had a need for a car, so i don't know much about them. i explained some of this to Mr. Grosso and he took the time to explain to me the warranty, the different deals for maintenance packages on the car, suggestions on when and what to check on, but above all else he offered, that when he was done with work, he got of at 3pm, he would take the time to answer any question about my car and even show me whats what under the hood! i got there at 230pm and was out a little after 3pm, with a brand new battery! Mr. Grosso, then showed me whats what under the hood, talked about oil changes, spark plugs, tire pressure, air filter, 21 point inspection, i mean wow, it was like car school! i really appreciated the time and the lesson and i will 100% return for the 21 point inspection!! MR. JOHN GROSSO is a plethora of car knowledge, friendly demeanor and gos above and beyond customer service! thank you sir for all your help, advice and knowledge today. i highly recommend anyone to take any make or model (as they do service all types of cars)to here for service! More

I had a great experience here. The sales rep. Liza was very knowlegable about many areas of my car and also my wife's car. Liza explained warranty info that I needed to know about or that I wasn't aware o very knowlegable about many areas of my car and also my wife's car. Thanks to her I can now find more info on my warranty through the websites she provided. overall I learned alot of valuable car info from her. I have been bringing my 2006 Altima to Nissan of Bergenfield Service Dept for the last 6 yrs.I now have 115k on my car and is in mint condition both mechanically and cosmetic.Liza,& Tom the Sevice Bergenfield Service Dept for the last 6 yrs.I now have 115k on my car and is in mint condition both mechanically and cosmetic.Liza,& Tom the Sevice Dept Support team are the best ,also the mechanics are highly qualified especially a mechanic Danny.Danny recently worked on my car ,and it always comes back in great working order and clean.Thanks to your Service Dept I plan on putting another 100k on my Nissan.GO LIZA,TOM ,Danny and the the rest of your Service & Parts dept. Was looking for Nissan of Hawthorne but for some odd reason had Nissan of Bergenfield on my mind. I sm not from this area but was sent to purchase a new vehicle due to an issue I had with a used vehicle reason had Nissan of Bergenfield on my mind. The dealership has improved alot in customer service.They called me when my car was done and for sure when i got there it was ready to go. I had requested a courtesy check on my gas gauge which they checked called me when my car was done and for sure when i got there it was ready to go. I had requested a courtesy check on my gas gauge which they checked and fixed . i will recommend all my friends to visit the dealership service dapartment and for sure they will get valve for their money in service . I always buy and service my cars thru Bergen County Auto Group, previously had Chryslers now my daghter and I bought pre owned Nissans and we service at the Nissan service in Bergenfield.
