One of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I was blatantly lied to via email about the the price of the vehicle, and when I drove to the dealership, from 1.5 hours away, they would not meet the was blatantly lied to via email about the the price of the vehicle, and when I drove to the dealership, from 1.5 hours away, they would not meet the price, even though they said in an email they would beat it. Then, they tried to bully me in to accepting their higher price. As I was leaving, their GM aggressively confronted me and tried to physically intimidate me. Steer clear of this dealership if you don’t want to waste your time or be lied to. More

Very satisfied with Lauren, the sales person at dealership. after an initial setback, we had a good rapport with her and she was so friendly with us. she explained every detail of the new so-called computerized after an initial setback, we had a good rapport with her and she was so friendly with us. she explained every detail of the new so-called computerized systems of the cars and she was very helpful. she also called a day after that everything was okay and she mentioned that if my daughter needs help in understanding any part of the car infotainment or any kind of problem we can face time her so she can explain over the phone. very pleasant experience and have not seen this kind of customer care from any dealership as I been buying all years ( 20+) from Toyota.
