My overall experience was positive. My husband and I came in to trade in both of our cars and buy two brand new vehicles. I would recommend that when a customer comes in and requests the best offer available, give them the best offer available the first go round versus the very expensive option. There was some confusion with paying off the previous cars and a couple unexpected issues with the vehicles. However, customer service was great and they honored our agreement and fixed the problems immediately. My husband and I would definitely recommend and purchase vehicles from Elder Ford again. More
