I am from Sarasota! Was not happy with the way the dealers in Sarasota treated me . He said yes. Took off work went up to Elder and came home with a new Ford Truck. In & out within 21/2 Hr everyone was very nice & and I love my truck. More

My car has been at Elder Ford for over a week now. It is in for the 3rd time for the same issue. They can’t figure out what is wrong with my passenger side window. There is NO communication. If I don’t call to find out the status, I wouldn’t know what is going on. I paid for a loaner car which is ridiculous if Ford has my car for a long time they should cover the loaner car now I have to go out of my way to bring the loaner back only for them to give me a different one. They don’t care when I say that I have wasted a lot of my time and gas driving back and forth to just get my car fixed. Why does it take a week each time it needs to be repaired. I pay my loan and higher cost for the warranty only for Ford to have it there for 3 weeks for the same thing. Fix my car already. More
