Johany was my service advisor. His customer service was very poor. He purposely turned me away because I had an extended warranty claim. He told me to pick up my vehicle and blamed the warranty company stating they required my vehicle to go to the purchasing dealership. This invalidated my warranty claim and I had to start all over. The only reason why I gave this a five star rating is because Pete from Elder Ford was the only person that returned my phone call when I was stranded in Gainesville When my transmission failed after the because Pete from Elder Ford was the only person that returned my phone call when I was stranded in Gainesville When my transmission failed after the dealership said it was"fixed".🙄 If it wasn't for Pete, I probably would've sold my Ford and never gone to the Ford dealership again. But he was a great help and I highly recommend him. No one else called me back. I will never go to anyone else at that dealership again. And it's a shame because this is my fifth Ford.
