Elder Ford has always treated me fair and with excellent service. I have purchased a vehicle from Elder Ford in the past, but I had it serviced at Veterans Ford when Dan was working there. The attitude, information you get, and respect from your service advisor makes all the difference in the world. Dan takes my calls, And somehow knows the status of my vehicle pretty much every time I call. I have always gotten a text as to when my vehicle is ready. More

Needs improvement in responding to customer questions accurately. I asked salesman to tell me the differences between the trim lines. He didn’t answer other than to say things people really don’t need li accurately. I asked salesman to tell me the differences between the trim lines. Sadly, it turns out I would have sprung for the higher trim line as the features on the trim I purchased don’t include things I wanted, but I did not know. Working with Kent (Christopher) was great, it felt like he made an earnest effort to work with me and find a vehicle when the ones I had been interested in were not available. He was a good salesmen, while maintaining the interests of the business, he was not frustrating to deal with. The sales manager, Ali, could learn a lot when it comes to non-hostile sales tactics. Placing the onus on the customer, knowing exactly how much information they have, and acting like they're unreasonable, isn't clever, it's slimy and obvious. The finance process was fairly quick, though there was some miscommunication regarding an additional package. It was sorted out quickly, however I am concerned that when the amount financed increased by $3K, it was not mentioned, and I had to realize this based on the payments prior to signing. Bullet dodged, not sure where the communication was missed, but it will cause me to be more mindful of the invoices I receive while doing any further business with Lithia / Elder Ford. More
