I brought our 2016 T250 in because it would go over 10mph. I got an estimate for over 9k and no verbal communication at all, just a video. I got it back on the road at another shop for $75. When I pick my my 2023 F150 from the service department I saw damage to my driver door. The seats were staying, and apparently someone ran up on the curve after the road testing my vehicle I would like to ge saw damage to my driver door. The seats were staying, and apparently someone ran up on the curve after the road testing my vehicle I would like to get this fixed because I brought my truck in with no damage and this depreciates my vehicle plus it upsets me that I can’t trust the service department to take care of my vehicle I had received a call before I pick my truck up. I don’t know what was the purpose of this call but they were saying that my truck looked like it was new and it was saying that basically still is new but They were saying it was in great shape because there was no damage. I had it detail and it was very clean inside and out, but now I am so disappointed thank you More

I first tried the Elder Ford service department after several bad experiences at a different local Ford dealership and loved it so made it my go to Ford service dept. Since then, I have now experien several bad experiences at a different local Ford dealership and loved it so made it my go to Ford service dept. Since then, I have now experienced the sales side of Elder Ford. I have to say it was fantastic! They listened, made a plan, kept me looped into the financing process without any unexpected surprises, and on the first attempt at vehicle selection; literally lined me up with an F150 that was perfect for my needs and desires with all things considered. I have financed probably close to a dozen vehicles at this point in my life. Direct from various dealer brands, carmax, and a few of the little guys. Elder Ford is now one of if not the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve ever had. Big thanks from myself to the entire Elder Ford team! More
I brought my My 2023 F150 about five times I’m still currently having problems with my truck the last time I went to pick it up the Service advisor told me that he couldn’t give me my paperwork and I to currently having problems with my truck the last time I went to pick it up the Service advisor told me that he couldn’t give me my paperwork and I told him I was not leaving without my paperwork typed up also he refused to give me all of my paperwork and even lied about nothing was wrong with my truck I’ve been having electrical problems, screens, going, blank, plug-ins working and not working. My Air damdamn system was system was not working properly which Can cause my truck to overheat. I’ve had a battery replaced , my Approach lights was cut off and when I brought it in, he said that I told him to do that that wasn’t true. He left them off to make me think that I didn’t have any more problems with my truck i told my service advisor which I’ve been working with for quite a while that my lights going off and on, even if I’m not near the truck every time I tell him he would make excuses also I told him about my gas gauges was not reading properly. My truck has been down quite a bit. also, they would reset my computer back to factory and I had to reset everything before I could pull off from the dealership every time I bring it in they kept resetting the computer which in the process one of my modules fail on the computer system I also had to replace the parts for the mechanism which is used to put my truck in park or drive or etc. i’ve been having problems with my gas gauges, which I’m still having the same problem I’ve had problems with my computer where I could not start my truck with With my Ford app on my phone or my key I feel like they’re playing games with me and I don’t have time to play games because I have to work to pay for the truck and also take care of other obligations that I have in my life. This is very distracting. Thank you More
