If no stars were an option I would choose it: I have a family of four with car rider children who attend different schools. Everyone in my household attends school. The amount of money that has been put out in transportation cost alone could have paid for the vehicle to be serviced. To add insult to injury I have paid $6,500 for work that has literally not been completed, proof being that Dan Beaver stated that my transfer case was leaking on the 3rd return of the truck, something that was paid for during the initial repair job ;with a commitment to pay another $1,300. I can show you all the tardies on my son's report card for the semester. My entire life has been turned upside down. I even changed my youngest son's VPK. I am able to provide proof of all that I have stated, all I have asked for is my truck. They could even just refund my money and give me my broken truck back at least it drove. Andrew refused to provide me with a loaner saying that Ford pulled all his vehicle stock overnight and he has nothing that he can provide me. I am being bullied and forced to have to go without a car because no one returns my calls and the weekend Andrew is not there so no one can assist me because he won't respond to the reps at Elder Ford's calls and texts to him in regards to my truck. I have reported this location to the Better Business Bureau yet I still don't have my truck with the service that I paid for. At this point to say I am at wit's end is an understatement. This situation is completely absurd and I do not feel as if I am being unreasonable. I emailed Jim Farley on behalf of this issue, I am aware that my little $6,500 does not amount to enough to garner his attention but I needed something to be done. This experience will guarantee that I will never in my life purchase another Ford. I picked up my Truck last week Andrew Gentile is a liar and was not there when I picked up my truck. He left a note saying that I had to pay $1700 to get my truck. Brian the Asst. General manager called him to confirm he said I agreed to that until I provided proof of his response to the BBB where he said a different price. Again I will never purchase a Ford the escalation manager Bria Harcum was not empathetic and condescending. There has not been anyone in leadership besides Leesa and Brian who provided me and any act of empathy for the fact that they had my truck for 3 months. I can understand the initial point in which I dropped off my truck but when I had to return it for faulty work then I should have been provided a vehicle for the inconvenience due to the incompetence of his employees. More
