Johany went above and beyond in getting my 2022 F150 Lightning moon roof fixed and recalls done. He provided me with a car to drive to work while my truck is undergoing repairs. I am very happy that the Lightning moon roof fixed and recalls done. He provided me with a car to drive to work while my truck is undergoing repairs. Elder Ford is dishonest. we paid the vehicle off, but they still held title for three weeks. We had to contact Ford corporation to take care of the issue.
