After purchasing a new 2023 Expedition from Elder Ford, I have learned alot about this dealership. They are wolves in sheeps clothing. I say stealing because if you sell someone a vehicle and have serviced the vehicle for something such as a bumper repair, you should tell the buyer. After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed a high speed vibration. I have reported it to my local Ford service center four times and have to call the Ford Complaint assistance line. That is where I learned about a service to repair the front bumper my vehicle that was never disclosed to me. This is unfair and deceptive. I will also be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, only I am not sure what they can do. I wanted to let anyone who reads this to know and ask for a service report when buying even a new vehicle. More

Brought my F150 in the have the AC recharged and an update to the software to my truck and the price was 350.... when I decided not to have the ac recharged with them all of a sudden my battery was bad update to the software to my truck and the price was 350.... when I decided not to have the ac recharged with them all of a sudden my battery was bad and a new battery would cost me... yep 350 and now my truck wouldn't start. I had to wait 2 hours for them to charge my battery which has worked fine everyday since I left which was like 2 months ago, and while I was waiting the sales team was trying to have me trade in my truck. Felt like I was being held hostage. More
